Note: You must have your own copy of CCDSoft or MaxIm DL to use this program.

The Gradient Removal plug-in works with both CCDSoft and MaxIm DL. It removes both linear and radial gradients. The linear gradient removal feature uses calculations designed to match the types of gradients you encounter from light pollution, moonlight, and other typical nighttime sources. Radial gradient removal is useful for those times when you don't have a flat handy.

Automapper II FREE

Note: You must have your own copy of CCDSoft, TPoint, and TheSky to use this program.

Automapper works with TheSky, CCDSoft, and TPoint to automate the process of mapping points. “Mapping points” refers to the process of moving the telescope around the sky and measuring how far off your pointing is. TPoint uses this information to build a model of your telescope’s pointing errors.  TPoint and TheSky then work together to correct for pointing errors. Software Bisque has purchased the rights to Automapper, so it is now free for everyone.

One-shot color Flat Maker Free Source

Note: You must have your own copy of CCDSoft and/or MaxIm DL to use this program.

The One-shot color Flat Maker Plug-In works with CCDSoft or MaxIm DL to turn raw flats into normalized flats. With one-shot color cameras, the image is encoded in what is called a Bayer pattern. This raw format cannot be used as a flat. Currently, the only way to make a flat is to smooth the image, which introduces small errors into the flat. Using this plug-in, the color data is normalized and turned into a real flat that is highly accurate. If you are using a one-shot color camera, you need this plug-in!
